Starting at version 2.9, Prism BI Studio supports a collection of conditional formatting and visual styles features for numeric fields in the Pivot widget.
These include:
- Highlighting a cell based on a criteria
- Formatting cell values based on a criteria
- Showing different in-cell icons based on a criteria
- Showing in-cell bars, squares and circles based on a criteria
To gain access to these options, hover over the numeric field and move the mouse towards the formatting button (highlighted).
It is possible to modify, remove and add multiple formatting and visual styles by bringing up the Formatting Manager via the ‘Manage Data Formatting…’ menu.
