We’re looking for a talented and passionate Sales Development Representative Team Lead (SDR - TL) to join our awesome team at our Scottsdale offices.
We are looking for a competitive,self-motivated coach and sales development leader to join our team. You must have previous experience leading an inside sales development team in a fast paced start-up environment.
The SDR TL is a gifted hunter who will lead a team of SDR’s to master the art of lead qualification and development for the North American market. Our ideal Sales Development Representative TL is first and foremost an effective communicator both inside and outside the organization. The SDR TL will be responsible for building and coaching a team of SDR’s who love to prospect, research and reach out to decision makers in order to bring back qualified prospects with a need for our software.
