What Are We Looking For?

We are looking for Human Resources Business Partner who have the ability to diagnose problems , identify and drive appropriate solutions. A successful candidate will be able to partner and interact effectively with Sisenser’s at all levels, deliver value -added services that reflects the business objectives, possess excellent communication skills, business acumen, and the agility to function in a fast paced and innovative environment.

What You’ll Do?

In this role you will think strategically as well as roll up your sleeves and dive deep into practical application. Understanding business priorities and translating them into an HR approach that supports the business will be key to your success. You will be critical in helping us maintain our Sisense culture as we grow.

What Should You Have?

Must have:

  • The ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity and development of HR within the company
  • A true hands-on approach as well as the ability to successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement
  • Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment

  • The ability to be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to "roll up your sleeves"
  • A strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - orientated on results
  • Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage workflow, with minimal oversight, in a fast-paced, frugal environment with  multiple and sometimes changing priorities.

In addition:

  • 3+ years' work experience in an HR Business Partner role
  • Strong recruitment background
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline (Master's degree preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience using and presenting data to make decisions.
