What Are We Looking For?
The Customer Success Associate is an entry-level hands-on, operational role.
He/she will be part of the Customer Success team managing Sisense’s Low Touch Market globally and will have the opportunity to advance customer-facing and technical skills.
He/she will work closely with the Customer Success Managers to take end-to-end ownership of the renewal process reaching out to accounts that are approaching their renewal, ensuring their health and finalizing their renewals independently.
This is an opportunity to wear different hats and play different roles, learn your strengths, and have a real impact on the growth of the company and the organization.
