High Level Design

Overview

In recent years, Facebook pages have become a leading tool for brand promotion and management. By defining and following meaningful KPI's over the brand's page, a social media manager can analyze the efficiency of this tool, based on KPI's for brand awareness and consumers' engagement over time. This dashboard consists of periodical growth in KPI's such as reach and followers for brand awareness, or post number engagement consumption for consumers' engagement rates.

Goals

The goal of this dashboard is to provide an understanding of the key statistics and insights about a brand Facebook page so that managers could formulate strategies to increase brand awareness and user engagement on Facebook.
