Overview
As a record label manager, one of the main operations is to oversee marketing and sales in relation to growth, trends, and overall areas that need improvement. It is also important to be able to gauge yourself, not only in comparison to your previous performance, but the industry standards as well. This dashboard allows a manager to get a sense of how their label is performing, revenue wise, within different sales areas by the way of streams, merchandize, physical copies sold and tours. It provides actionable information that a business can use to immediately lower costs.Goals
