Sisense makes move to “Visionaries” quadrant just one year after initial appearance in the report



NEW YORK, NY &#8211; <a href="https://www.sisense.com/">Sisense</a>, disrupting the BI market by simplifying business analytics for complex data, today announced that it has been recognized by Gartner, Inc. as a Visionary in the Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms Magic Quadrant report. The company has experienced great momentum in just one year, having previously been positioned as a Niche Player in the report.



Sisense continues to gain traction and recognition in the industry by providing an end-to-end business intelligence platform that leads the market in its ability to simplify large, disparate data sets and make business insights considerably more accessible to business users and departments.

This acknowledgment from Gartner comes on the heels of a landmark year for Sisense when it comes to technology innovation and leadership. In July 2016, the company launched <a href="https://www.sisense.com/press-release/sisense-announces-business-intelligence-virtually-everywhere-iot-initiative-take-bi-2d-screens-real-life/">Sisense Everywhere</a>, an innovative program that leverages advanced AI and IoT technologies to bring data analytics beyond the two-dimensional screen – making BI simpler, more intuitive and accessible for all business users. Integrations with the Amazon Echo and an IoT lightbulb were the first components of this initiative. The company also introduced Sisense <a href="https://www.sisense.com/press-release/sisense-launches-sisense-bi-bots-next-innovation-everywhere-program/">BI Bots</a> as the second innovation in the Sisense Everywhere program this past November – enabling business users to have a two-way conversation with their data using the messaging platform of their choice, such as Slack or Skype, and leveraging natural human language as the means of interaction. These innovations serve as a pathway to the next-generation of BI – enabling users to better simplify complex data.
