Sisense First Line Support Virtual Course

Duration: Approx. 12 hours in 4 sessions

Join our virtual classroom to dive deep into the Sisense architecture and learn how to troubleshoot common issues.

In this hands-on, interactive course, seasoned Sisense Technical Consultants will walk you through the Sisense application architecture. You’ll learn how to troubleshoot common issues across various areas of the application, familiarize yourself with Sisense logs and Sisense-specific troubleshooting tools, and gain hands-on practice in solving these common issues in our virtual lab.


Upon course completion,
Sisense Customers and Partners will earn a Digital Credential they can use to share their accomplishments across their social networks, email signatures, or digital resumes.

Windows OS and Basic IT Background Required

The Course is Applicable for Sisense for Windows,  V7.4, and Above, Stable Internet connection, Headphone and Microphone, Webcam preferred
