What are we looking for?

Sisense is seeking to hire a Global System Integrator Partner Lead role reporting to the VP Cloud Alliances & Biz Dev. This position will be dedicated to the success of Sisense’s strategic partnerships initiative with the leading Global System Integrator 

 

Essential Functions

Transform Sisense ecosystem to accelerate growth for the company.

Demonstrate advanced skills in strategy and execution to drive our growth.

Driving account development and management of a set portfolio of partners. 

 

What You’ll Do? 

In this role, you will own end-to-end practice development, collaborating with your GSI counterparts to identify, define, prioritize, and launch industry-specific solutions and offerings, while also building and executing a comprehensive go-to-market plan to accelerate the adoption of Sisense solutions. Responsibilities will include driving C-level and field relationships with your partner and with the Sisense sales field. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of the partner solutions and Sisnese services, by establishing and growing business and technical relationships while managing the day-to-day partner interactions.

The ideal candidate will have both a business background that enables them to engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to manage joint GTM efforts and to easily interact with Sisense customers and sales executives 

 

What Should You Have? 

  • Deep understanding of digital transformation business drivers, cloud platforms, capabilities and solutions that generate partner growth and innovation. 
  • 5-10+ years of experience in core sales experience, partner channel development, sales, business development, alliance management in the technology industry 
  • Deep strategic advisor and executive relationship management experience driving sales with partners in commercial businesses.
  • Strong experience of managing virtual teams across functions and geographies 
  • Strong influence and orchestrator skills 
  • Strong partner relationship management and solution development skills 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high degree of comfort 
  • Bachelor’s degree required (Sales, Marketing, Business Operations)
  • Experience in solution development architect or working with ISV partners on solution development architect is preferred
