Sisense is seeking to hire a Partner Success Manager reporting to the Head of Platform Partnerships & Alliances. This position will be dedicated to the success of Sisense’s strategic partnerships, which encompasses some of the largest technology companies in the world and fast growing startups. As their primary point of contact into Sisense, you will ensure that together we continue to deliver a beautiful customer journey, accelerate adoption of our integrated platform, and create go-to-market opportunities.


Essential Functions

  • Lead partner success management with our strategic partnerships
  • Manage the post-launch relationship for strategic partner accounts
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day to day and escalated issues and requests
  • Subject matter expert of your partners’ organization, products and objectives
  • Build and execute an partner management framework inclusive of partnership strategy & goals, account documentation and account planning
  • Ensure regular rhythm of business reporting/dashboard metrics internal to Sisense and external to partner
  • Deliver a cadence of regularly schedule status calls, quarterly business reviews, and deep dives across functional areas
  • Identify and execute go-to-market opportunities
  • Manage partner success plans, incl. regional expansion and global account coordination
  • Measure demand for integration solution and support joint sales opportunities
  • Represent Sisense at industry and partner-related events
  • Support Product teams and align partner roadmaps to deliver compelling customer propositions
  • Maintain product / integration roadmap
  • Talk with joint customers and use data to drive decisions to make integration and product enhancements
  • Manage support requirements and troubleshoot issues with the CX team
  • Organize annual API and roadmap deep dives, supported by Product Managers and Sisense’s Partner Solution Engineer
  • Support Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams
  • Collaborate across teams and manage resources to ensure excellent delivery of service, quality deliverables and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible
  • Deeply understand Sisense sales and customer success; deliver enablement tools, playbooks and activities that drive sales results
  • Support the planning and execution of partnership marketing activity such as digital campaigns and events
  • Lead partner expansion based on joint objectives
  • Create account strategies and plans to achieve stated partner and Sisense business objectives
  • Exceed influenced revenue goals, retention and satisfaction goals by identifying partners' business challenges and aligning Sisense solutions and services to create and deliver significant value

Minimum Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, customer success, marketing or management consulting
  • You've done a similar role before … and well!
  • You've worked for a fast-growing BI and Analytics or company
  • Experience with a technical product, comfortable bridging the gap between product and commercial
  • Great hustle, strong interpersonal skills, highest level of integrity, trust and confidentiality, good listener, problem-solver, and out of the box thinking
  • Proven track record of delivering under pressure
  • 30% domestic (and possibly international) travel
  • MBA preferred
