Sisense Recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms
Evaluation Based on Completeness of Vision and Ability to Execute
NEW YORK – Sisense, disrupting the BI market by simplifying business analytics for complex data with its innovative In-Chip™ analytics, today announced that it has been positioned by Gartner, Inc. in the February 2016 “Magic Quadrant for Business Intelligence and Analytics Platforms.” Sisense continues to drive market traction with its end-to-end BI platform that removes IT complexity, simplifying analytics for large, disparate data sets.
“We’re honored to be recognized in Gartner’s Magic Quadrant this year, as we continue to deliver value to our business users with our Single-stack™ BI platform that is driving better, more accessible insights from complex data,” said Amir Orad, CEO of Sisense. “Our commitment to ease of use, customer satisfaction and simplifying business analytics – even without large IT budgets or resources – is making powerful analytics available to all business users. In 2016, we’ll continue to innovate and enhance our platform, delivering even better performance in analyzing large, disparate data sets.”
We believe this acknowledgment from Gartner is another milestone for Sisense, building off of a landmark year of growth and market disruption. In January 2016, the company raised a $50M series D funding round led by Bessemer Venture Partners. This infusion of capital accelerated Sisense’s ability to empower everyday business users to manage, analyze and visualize complex data quickly and cost-effectively. Sisense also announced that it added hundreds of new customers in 2015, and broke new records with consecutive quarters of greater than 100 percent net renewal from its existing customer base.
