Sisense Honored by Goldman Sachs for Entrepreneurship—CEO Included in 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs List
Sisense CEO Amir Orad named to prestigious list presented at the Goldman Sachs Builders + Innovators SummitNEW YORK, NY – October 13, 2017–Sisense, disrupting the BI market by simplifying business analytics for complex data, announced today that Goldman Sachs has selected CEO Amir Orad to its list of 100 Most Intriguing Entrepreneurs, during the company’s sixth annual Builders + Innovators Summit held October 18-20, 2017. Amir was previously the CEO of FinTech analytics company Actimize (NICE) and co-founder of Cyber Analytics company Cyota (RSA). The invitation-only gathering in Santa Barbara, Calif. brings together emerging and seasoned entrepreneurs from a diverse set of industries. At Sisense, Amir Orad is leading the disruption of the traditional BI landscape with an innovative approach to business analytics, which removes technical complexities and dramatically reduces time to value to make data insights available to all users within an organization. With its unique In-ChipTM and Single-StackTM analytics, Sisense analyzes and prepares large, disparate data sets orders of magnitude faster than the standard approach to BI and analytics. By increasing speed and removing complexity from the BI process, Sisense is enabling all business users to partake in data-driven decision making, increasing business agility and ROI.
The exponential growth and complexity of data has created both challenges and opportunities, but most businesses aren’t unlocking the full potential of their data. Sisense’s mission is to embed analytics everywhere and unlock that potential, with our self-service approach to BI and our obsession with ensuring our customers succeed in building data-driven businesses. I’m proud to have been able to achieve a similar goal twice in the past—with Actimize in the Fintech industry and with Cyota in the Cyber industry—using analytics to disrupt business processes and transform established industries. I see the tremendous opportunity to do that here again.
For more than 145 years, Goldman Sachs has been advising and financing entrepreneurs as they launch and grow their businesses. In addition to honoring 100 entrepreneurs, the Summit consists of general sessions and clinics led by Goldman Sachs experts, seasoned entrepreneurs, academics and business leaders as well as resident scholars.
We are pleased to recognize Amir Orad as one of the most intriguing entrepreneurs of 2017. This is the sixth year that we’ve hosted the Builders + Innovators Summit where emerging business leaders gather to discuss their common interests in building prosperous organizations.
