<p>Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project is a leading national organisation providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ for young adults, under 25 years old. They operate a toll-free number called the Trevor Lifeline, which offers confidential services from trained counselors.</p>
<p>To better serve their mission, they used data to better analyse their effectiveness, building a funnel that measured some of their key KPIs.  Different than traditional organisations, as a non-profit The Trevor Project metrics are actual analytics that saves lives. </p>
