Humanizing Data

Founded in 1998, The Trevor Project is a leading national organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ for young adults, under 25 years old. They operate a toll-free number called the Trevor Lifeline, which offers confidential services from trained counselors.

To better serve their mission, they used data to better analyze their effectiveness, building a funnel that measured some of their key KPIs.  Different than traditional organizations, as a non-profit The Trevor Project metrics are actual analytics that saves lives.

What you will learn:

  • Learn the history and mission of The Trevor Project.
  • Better understand the journey they took to integrate data into the way they work
  • Gain insights into their conversion funnel and how data benefits a non-profit organization.
