PDF Break By Export

Generate multiple dashboard PDF reports by looping through a given dimension and exporting a file per value instead of manually exporting them one at a time.

This add-on allows Sisense users to export multiple PDF reports for a given dimension or dimensions on a dashboard in bulk, instead of looping through the dimension values one at a time.

This is especially powerful when you need to generate multiple periodic PDF reports for many clients at a time.

Step 1 – Define which filter to set as the break-by option – you can set multiple dimensions to break by, then choose which one to loop through on any export.

Step 2 – Access the dashboard menu to export to PDF, and select which dimension you’d like to loop through. Note – dimension values which return null values will not be exported.

Step 3 – Find your multiple PDF reports per each dimension value in your local downloads folder!
