It acts as an AI-first interface that lets anyone build analytics workflows using natural language, as if you’re having a conversation with a tireless, always-helpful co-worker.

In this beta phase, the assistant offers enhanced functionalities including natural language query (NLQ), as well as chart creation and customization. It also introduces new capabilities like dashboard creation and customization, and even data model generation. This allows creators to build analytics directly through a conversational interface, streamlining complex tasks and improving efficiency.

To further enhance the assistant’s power and accuracy, we’ve integrated semantic enrichment. This new feature automatically generates descriptions for tables and columns within your data models, providing richer context for the assistant. As a result, the assistant returns better, more relevant responses, and also assists you, the human user, in navigating your data with more ease and confidence.

To experience these powerful features, customers on the latest Sisense Managed Cloud version can enable the beta functionalities by bringing their own LLM key. For self-hosted customers, setting up their own vector database is also required. The assistant is continually evolving, leveraging state-of-the-art pre-trained language models that understand tabular data structures and your business terminology.
