To access the support chatbot from the Support Portal page in the Community, you must be signed in with your account in the Sisense Community and accept cookies. Once there, click on “Support” along the top nav. There, you’ll see the Sisense support chatbot.
Get Started (for those on the free trial)
The bot is also integrated into the Get Started page for self-serve trial users. It is trained on our official documentation and community knowledge base (KB) articles.
The Sisense support chatbot is continuously improved through prior interactions and guided support from our agents. Users can ask new questions, report issues, or even get the current status of an existing support case. If the chatbot can’t find a helpful answer, it’ll automatically create a support case on your behalf, ensuring you always get the help you need.
