Coming from a smaller company, Sisense gave me the opportunity to work with a number of different tools and applications that I previously never had exposure to. My manager trusted me with projects that reached different areas of the business which allowed me to showcase what I’m truly capable of.
I chose Sisense because 
I get to work with amazing people across the world! Being able to learn from others is important to me and I’ve had the chance to do so within my own team, as well as other departments. I’ve been able to learn many technical skills from industry professionals while building a professional network of talented people.
Favorite thing about Sisense 
I love that Sisense has Employee Resource Groups for our employees. It’s a great way to cultivate a sense of community and both educate and celebrate the diversity of our coworkers.
Advice 
Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Collaborating with others will allow you to be exposed to different approaches for challenges you face on the job and in life. Sisensers are always willing to lend a hand and work together towards the solution. You’re not doing it alone!

I credit a lot of my growth to the incredible managers I&#8217;ve had during my time at Sisense. Being able to learn from other women who have successfully navigated their careers helped me grow in areas I never paid attention to.
I chose Sisense because 
I love that it is a fast-growing startup that operates globally. You get to create new programs and processes from the bottom up while learning how to work with people across time zones. I know that everything I experience, build and lead here will only help set me up for success wherever life takes me.
Favorite thing about Sisense 
The people of course. On top of that I appreciate the ability to be a part of so many areas of HR, from DEI and employee experience to onboarding, employer brand and even learning &#038; development.
Advice 
Take initiative. Growth requires you to take risks, ask questions when you&#8217;re stuck and be uncomfortable not always knowing the answer. Show that you have a passion for what you do and that you&#8217;re committed to learning, so even when you mess up, you will have a team to help pick you up.

I chose Sisense because 
During my interview process, the passion that each employee carried was palpable. Everyone was smart. Everyone wanted to be the best. I’m a firm believer that you are highly influenced by the people around you, whether for better or for worse. I knew that I wanted to be influenced by the type of people who worked at Sisense, and that I could count on them pushing me to be the best version of myself possible. 
Favorite thing about Sisense 
Sisense knows that the people come first. We have families, we have major life events happening, we have everyday joys and everyday sadnesses. Although we are all fiercely driven and push ourselves to be our best, Sisense lets us know that before we are employees, we are people. And that really matters
Advice 
Do something every day that contributes to your personal development. In every job, it can be easy to get stuck in the day in/day out grind. But if you are constantly improving yourself, even by the smallest increments, you’ll better avoid burnout and be ready for whatever the world gives you. Never stop learning. Invest in yourself. No one else will do that for you.

It wasn’t a difficult decision. Sisense wanted to open a Support department in Kyiv so it looked to me like a role with good potential.
Favorite thing about Sisense 
I feel that Sisense cares a lot about its people which is very important to me.
Advice 
I think it’s important to find a job with good potential, you must consider their product and the company overall. For example, if the product looks like it brings value to people and the company has good working conditions. To me, Sisense has both.
